How to get your money back:

If you’ve tried a YuMOVE product for at least 6 weeks (42 days), and still not 100% happy after talking it through with our Pet Care Consultants, and still haven’t seen a difference, we’re happy to process your refund.²

You will need to return the product by USPS with your proof of purchase and any unused part of the product or the empty containers – and we’ll refund the product’s purchase price.
